Mind & body exercises such as Yoga and Pilates bring our focus inward, opening up doors to discover the strength that lies within each of us. Learning to breathe, control our movements and moving that from our mats to everyday life is the key to the Ultimate Inner Core system of fitness and wellness.
Once these methods are introduced to the student, something remarkable happens. After a few classes or lessons there is a noticable change in movement. The connection is made within and immediately the result is recognizable. This is the key to unlocking potential, it is both mentally and physically freeing. These principals can be used to increase focus in life for fitness benefits as well as overall wellness!
Michele Fulkerson is certified in Yoga & Pilates through the National Exercise Trainer's Association and is pursuing a certification in Holistic Fitness. Michele leads her students to discovering their potential through a mind & body transformative practice and believes that by creating strength from the inside, outer strength naturally occurs.
